Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW POLICY To best serve our guests and we require a minimum 48hrs notice via Email to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit our artists from being able to protect their time and accommodate guests on our waiting list. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 48hrs notice will be charged 75% of the booked appointment value. No shows and day of appointment cancellations will be charged 100% of the booked appointment value. Repetitive cancellations, rescheduling or no shows may result in inability to schedule with Hearth and Hair. In the event of frequent rescheduling, a non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve future appointments. We thank you in advance for respecting our policies.
